Our Approach
The mission of New Beginnings’ personal training team is to assist clients in achieving optimal health and fitness outcomes through scientifically proven methods of exercise, nutrition, and positive lifestyle modification. Our company positions itself as the alternative to personal training services offered by “mega-gyms,” allowing individuals and small groups to partner with dedicated fitness professionals in a private setting. Our personal training programs are 100% customized to fit you — your personal fitness goals, your workout style/preferences, your budget, and your schedule. We offer three separate ways to assist you: 1 on 1 personal training, small group training, and sport-specific training.
1 on 1 Personal Training
At New Beginnings Health & Fitness, we believe that the only thing that separates you from being in the best shape of your life is proper motivation, knowledge, and accountability as it relates to your health and fitness goals. These three elements define the benefit of partnering with a certified personal trainer. Our personal trainers take a holistic approach to your physical fitness by incorporating resistance training, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility training, nutritional analysis, and positive lifestyle modification into your program. We progress you through your program at the appropriate pace, setting and achieving several short-term goals with an eye toward hitting and surpassing your long-term objectives. Our professionals are also trained in designing programs for individuals with medical conditions such as but not limited to hypertension, high cholesterol, obesity, diabetes, and arthritis. We will work with your team of medical professionals in improving your physical fitness in a safe and effective manner.
Small Group Training
If you believe that training with a friend, co-worker, or family member is the best way to get and stay motivated, then small group training is the program for you. This cost-effective approach to personal training can be an exciting journey as you will be pushed by your trainer and each other to give 100% in every session. With small group training, you get the all of the services provided by 1-on-1 personal training (customized workout program, nutritional analysis and guidance, and positive lifestyle modification) with the added benefit of embarking on your journey toward optimal physical fitness with a friend.
