Julie Christian is a personal trainer at New Beginnings. With this new knowledge in fitness and nutrition, she got certified and since made a fulfilling career out of helping create innovative workout plans for other women and designing nutritional plans individualized for specific clients. As a busy working mom, she created Cardio Sculpt© for other busy women to give an opportunity to combine resistance training and cardio, designed to give results fast.
