Down a Pound is our new innovative and exciting weight loss program that combines Nutrition + Exclusive VTX Storm Workout + Activity Management.

Down a Pound has weekly meetings and private weigh-ins to hold you accountable and keep you motivated to finally stick to a diet!  DaP includes a simple and effective diet plan that does not eliminate any food group or a confusing point system, individualized recommendations, an easy-to-use and motivating food journal, and weekly newsletters.

DaP includes access to the VTX Storm 20 Minute Full Body Workout, only available through New Beginnings Health and Fitness! VTX Storm consists of unconventional cardio and training routines that will burn calories, create lean muscle and provide rapid results. Because it is only 20 minutes per session, it can fit into even the busiest schedule!

Down a Pound sets itself apart and ensure results by holding you accountable for your weight loss and providing you constant access to support. Each week you’ll work with your personal coach to set your weight loss goals, create schedules, and develop your training.

I’ve been coming to New Beginnings for awhile.  I always feel better when I’m there regularly because I feel I am taking some (usually not enough) time for “me.”  You’ve got to take care of yourself!!  Daniel has been a real help!
